Editorial project discussing the genre of children’s horror fiction.
SCARY Magazine contains interviews, collected, and self-written articles surrounding the topic of children’s horror fiction. Inspired by author R.L Stine’s work and how his numerous Goosebumps stories have made me become the reader/writer I am today. The publication highlights that there is more to children’s horror than manifesting nightmares and fears as they were created to help children understand real, complex issues, and how to overcome adversaries that life throws at us.
